- Removal is carried out in accordance with vehicle manufacturer/component supplier specifications and tolerances.
- Workplace documentation is completed and dealt with relevant to removal outcomes.
- Removal is completed without causing damage to component or system.
- Removal activities are carried out according to industry regulations/guidelines, WHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/policies.
- Install rubber-glazed windscreen
- Information is accessed and interpreted from manufacturer/component supplier specifications.
- Installation is carried out in accordance with vehicle manufacturer/component supplier tolerances.
- Workplace documentation is completed and dealt with relevant to installation outcomes.
- Installation is completed without causing damage to component or system.
- Installation activities are carried out according to industry regulations/guidelines, WHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/policies.
- Clean up work area and maintain equipment
- Material that can be reused is collected and stored.
- Waste and scrap are removed following workplace and environmental procedure.
- Equipment and work area are cleaned and inspected for serviceable condition in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Unserviceable equipment is tagged and faults identified in accordance with workplace requirements.
- Operator maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer/component supplier specifications and worksite procedures.
- Tooling is maintained in accordance with workplace procedures.
